Indiana
We had a whirlwind visit to Indiana this week. We packed as much in as possible and returned home to triple digits yesterday. My kids loved Northern Indiana Lake Life. We visited the Grands & the Great Grands. My grandfather looked fantastic considering last month we weren't sure he would be with us. We had dinner at Tippecanoe Country Club which is always a treat. The lake was busy with end of season boaters and the hum of the outboards was music to my ears as we dined. My Uncle let us take his boat out on Webster Lake and the Doll took over as Captain. We got to see the Dixie Steamboat & as she passed by I snapped a quick pic of her iconic red paddle. I absolutely love all the lake cottages, and patriotic boat houses.
